I know what you are going to say. ‘We as a society have come a long way.’ And I 100% agree with that. But just because things have changes doesn’t mean it’s all fixed now. We still have a very long road ahead of us that is going to be paved with people being triggered and many shouting inequalities at every turn. That is just how it is. But that doesn’t mean things aren’t going to change at a steady pace.
However, we are here to read about something light-hearted today. In this day and age, we deserve all the laughs we can get. So if you don’t believe in women getting equal rights, then this is not the article for you. After all there was definitely a trigger warning in the title of this. For those who just want to feel a bit better, this is the place for you. So take off your shoes and relax with a hot cup of tea. Because we have a lot to go through right now.
Well, you know what they say… “The way to hell is paved with good intentions”. You might mean well when you shout behind her back words like “Hey, sexy! You’re so f**kable! Where are you going?”, but you have to consider her stance as well. -Daria B
I’ve been harassed once when I was a week from giving birth to my son. I had edema everywhere, a huuuuuge belly, and I was red from walking for 1h (trying to get the labour to start). Not only that, but I was wrapped in a coat Hell to big for me. Furthermore, I’m not sure this outfit would be 100% harassment-proofed. -Zenozenobee
This is the bare minimum of human decency, and yet I’m so happy and relieved when a man respects me enough not to start harassing me and that says something about our society. -Kaisu
“You’ll fu**ing regret not giving up that sh*thead of your boyfriend for a fu**ing nice guy like me, you b*tch!” (thankfully didn’t happen to me, but you do see this kind of guys on the internet apparently.) -Daria B
