Celebrations shouldn’t be reserved for the biggest things. 

And this is where the Twitter account by the name “Women Posting Their W” comes in. This account is dedicated to women who want to share the things they have achieved in their life even if they are ironic or seem small in comparison to other things. Healthy competition is normal. However, we sometimes forget to actually stop thinking about ourselves and uplift someone else for what they are doing.

While this feeling is not reserved for only women, this Twitter account is. We have come a far way but there is still an underrepresentation of women’s achievements in media. For every 100 articles about a man doing something great, you might find a single one about women. And that is not to say women are far behind in this sort of thing, just that we aren’t celebrated as much.
