I mean we all have muscles underneath all that fat but to bring them forward by toning your stomach requires a lot of hard work. If someone has abs, there is a high chance, they have great discipline when it comes to what they put in their body and how dedicated they are to the gym. So no woman would do this much work just to please a man. I don’t think I have ever heard a woman say she wants to get abs to please her partner.
However, some men seem to think that women exist for their pleasure and everything we do with our bodies is in somehow direct relation to them. And I am not at all exaggerating. Richard Cooper is one of these misogynists who think any woman would care what he thinks. But he preys on insecure men by selling ‘uncomfortable truths’ (Basically bull) to reach their true potential (How to become an Alpha).

Cooper presents himself as the ultimate male who has it all because he was a ‘real man’ who took life by the balls, he likely believes it and because it is part of his persona/brand. He also champions such toxic masculinity as a product that he sells on to pathetic young men who feel cheated. -James Fell
Not everything women do is to get male attention. These women care about being fit and athletic, not landing a boyfriend. -Judith
